Weiss, 38, was ordered around the 12:47 pm after the patrol officers have found themselves outside a closed business complex along the main street in Oroville with about three others, according to police Colonel Chris Nicodemus.
Groups have "erratic behavior with flashlight "-how white light shines on the face of its own — and the officers suspected that they could be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, said Nicodemus.
During the next contact with the individual, the authorities found that Weiss is high medication after Nicodemus, though he did not know what specific substances. Blood samples were not taken.
The actor has been kept behind bars for several hours until he was drunk and was released without charge, said Nicodemus, who is "routine " incident in public drug arrests in California.
