Chelsea announced the signing of the loan to Matthew Kovacic, and he will definitely get some owners in front of GW1, but is that the right choice?
Express Sport has collected every date that ends with the Premier Fantasy League system - who will you choose for your 2018/19 campaign?
Lucas Perez (West Ham) - £ 6.5 million
Failure makes value at Arsenal but shows flashes of talent in trophy battles. There are better value players.
Mateo Kovacic (Chelsea) - £ 6.0 million
Average amount of help each season, but not a goal scorer. Kovacic is a low cost for the reason.
Filip Benkovic (Leicester) - £ 5.0 million
Driving a center, like a goal, can be a great player for Fox.
Bernard (Everton) - £ 6.0 million
It is not guaranteed to start immediately, even though he can be negotiable if he moves to XI starting.
Joe Bryan (Fulham) - £ 5.0 million
Like Rico, a lot of things depend on the new Fulham man who lives inside. Bryan offers a good goal threat.
Danny Ings (Southampton) - £ 5.5 million
If he starts, Ings can be one of the successes of the season. With £ 5.5 million, he deserves to gamble.
Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa (Fulham) - £ 4.5 million
Kos Cottagers around £ 30 million. Played 37 Ligue 1 matches last season without a goal or help. Point marking is not a game.
Federico Fernandez (Newcastle) - £ 4.5 million
The former Swansea player will be a squad player for the Magpies.
Caglar Soyuncu (Leicester) - £ 5.0 million
It is hoped to start with Harry Maguire in a strong defense partnership, plus £ 0.5 million cheaper than British men.
Jordan Ayew (Crystal Palace) - £ 6.0 million
Fantasy Favorite is usually typical, he can be a neat player if given regular game time.
Timothy Fosu-Mensah (Fulham) - £ 4.5 million
A good young player can be a cheap addition if he plays.
Andre Gomes (Everton) - £ 5.5m
Not expected to lower the league. Can be a neat player for Everton, but don't expect great fantasy potential
Yerry Mina (Everton) - £ 5.5m
He can score goals at the World Cup. If he can settle in the Premier League, he can become an FPL star.
Domingos Quina (Watford) - £ 4.5 million
Signed from West Ham, 18 years is for the future.
Luciano Vietto (Fulham) - £ 5.5m
A talented attacker needs first team football to show off his class. Survive for now, but he can become a star.
Martin Montoya (Brighton) - £ 4.5 million
Can be a strong offer if he forces the trip to the beginning of XI. Four assists for Valencia last season, but like yellow cards.
Sergio Rico (Fulham) - £ 4.5 million
If the new team signs the Fulham gel, they can be a real unit this season, and Rico can be a smart move.
Isaac Mbenza (Huddersfield) - £ 6.0 million
Scoring eight goals in Ligue 1 last season, was not enough to be a convincing and unclear scream.
Carlos Sanchez (West Ham) - £ 4.5 million
Recorded only one goal and zero relief in 48 Premier League appearances.
Leander Dendoncker (Wolf) - £ 4.5 million
The defensive midfielder is very strong but will offer little in Fantasy ’s eyes.
Victor Camarasa (Cardiff) - £ 4.5 million
Box-to-box midfielder, quantity unknown to enter a new season.
