Football director Tony Khan said Fulham would not consider selling Sessegnon if there was a late bid for the 18-year-old, who is Tottenham's target.
With Sessegnon staying, Fulham today pressed forward with a late move to sign Bryan left-back.
Fulham have been interested in a permanent deal for Matt Targett but Southampton want £ 15 million for the 22-year-old and the Cottagers refuse to fulfill the assessment.
Bryan undergoes a medical examination at Aston Villa on Wednesday and will move to Villa Park, but Fulham makes a late offer to play for 24 years and prefer to move into the Premier League.

Bryan impressed for Bristol City in the Championship last season and Fulham head coach Slavisa Jokanovic has made the new left-back a priority in the final stages of the window.
Maxime Le Marchand, who joined as part of a £ 30m deal that also brought Jean Michael Seri to the club from Nice, can play at left back but Jokanovic wants to strengthen that position.
Bryan played for Bristol City in a 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest on the opening day of the Championship season on Saturday. He made 48 appearances last season and scored to help Bristol City beat Manchester United 2-1 in the EFL Cup last December.
Rui Fonte, meanwhile, this morning in talks about the possibility of moving to Olympiakos. Both loans and permanent agreements have been discussed and their departure in some form is expected before the deadline. Out maybe he came as Fulham pressed forward with a move to sign the reserve striker to act as a cover for Aleksandar Mitrovic.
